When it comes to polishing and maintaining your leading edges and engine inlets we’ve got you covered. Our process includes:

  • Wipe down entire surface to be polished  to remove any dirt and grime
  • Mask surrounding areas such as wings, fuselage, and engine nacelles
  • Use Nuvite II C to repolish and remove any surface oxidation along with minor scratches
  • Major scratches are removed with Nuvite II F7 compound
  • Nuvite II S is used as the final step to achieve a deep mirror finish
  • Granitize X20-18 protective coating is applied to all polished surfaces

  • Complete mask and strip down/removal of old sealant using JET STREAM PBS DE-ICE BOOT PREP
  • Wash boots with soap and water to remove any impurities imbedded in the rubber
  • Apply 2 coats of JET STREAM PBS DE-ICE BOOT SEALANT

  • Complete buff of entire aircraft surfaces to remove any oxidation or surface imperfections from the painted surfaces                                                  
  • Clean off entire surface of aircaft with Isopropyl Alcohol to remove any left over rubbing compounds and waxes                                                              
  • Apply John’s 360 Coatings “The Avenger” 2 Part Ceramic Coating and hand buff excess to achieve a hydrophobic and dirt repellent finish
